This module allows the user to make as many variations of the built in forms and reports as they want.

The built in form ("Standard" is never touched, so you can not break anything - you can only mess up your own work.

The reports and forms are stored in the PERFECT FIT database, so they are accessable to other users without having to copy any files to other computers.

This window shows the new Print Invoice screen. When the Standard form is highlighted, you can make a New Variation. When a variation is highlight (in this case "My Custom Invoice"), you can change the report format, or delete it. A new button has been added that does not show on this screen shot - Duplicate Variation.

When you click New Variation or Edit Variation, the Report Editor window opens:

Notice you have access to all the fields and text on the built in form. You can move these around, change colors, fonts, and sizes, and add your own text and graphics (Logos!). The tab pane at the bottom provides access to the many variables that you can control.

This is an extremely powerful tool.
