If you are not a current user of PERFECT FIT, you should know that the PERFECT FIT BASE PACKAGE includes over 1000 built in reports. You will not need the Marketing Module to track sales, customer performance, or sales rep effectiveness. Those reports are included in PERFECT FIT. This group of reports extends the capability of the program.
Group 1: Source Reports
1. Track customers by source, and by a second user defined classification e.g. industry.
2. Analyze sales by customer source, summary with % breakdown, and number of invoices.
3. List and analyze new customers vs existing customers by any time period.




Group 2: Exception Reports
Analyze "who has ordered since 'xDate' but not place orders after 'yDate' but before 'zdate', which totaled at least 'wAmount' in that time frame.
- Option to report on a single rep, as defined in the customer file.
- Option to report on a single Division.
- This is really neat complex exception report that can pay for itself by preventing your really good customers from falling through the cracks.


Group 3: Items Sold Reports
See an overview by time of sales by item.
Analyze trends and plan purchasing.

This report will show the full 12 months when printed sideways.


Group 4: Location Bookings Reports
If you sell from multiple locations, or track results by trade shows, this report will provide immediate analysis to let you know how well each location performs.
