Any report in PERFECT FIT can be "printed" to screen. Once on the screen, the user can draw a box around selected data, copy to clipboard, and paste into a spreadsheet. Rows and columns are maintained. Any spreadsheet can accept this data. Even a word processor can receive the data, with tabs between each column.

Once the data is in spreadsheet form, it can be formatted, analyzed, and graphed.
