The PERFECT FIT base package includes a 9 level Password System that is task based, ie. a user is assigned a password for his particular job level.

The optional Security Module allows full control over the password structure and access. Each user is assigned a User ID and unique Password. The ID controls access to Windows, Fields on Windows, Buttons, Menus, and Reports. The image below shows the existing security points. Additional security points can be added for a nominal charge. We can control any level of access, including visibility at the field level.

The Security Module also includes date/time and user ID stamping of all financial transactions, and inserts and edits of many other records. This module also allows the Contact Manager to direct reminders to individual users, rather than all users. Setting up reminders for one's self is a great way to maintain a "to do" list for future deadlines.

We strongly recommend the use of the Security Module for systems with more than 5 users.
