This window shows the 12 size slot version. A one slot (for non-sized items) and 6 size slot versions of PERFECT FIT are also available.

The Other Data menu provides many more subsidiary windows to track inventory and style information, including specification sheets, notes, prices lists, and special processing conditions.

The List Orders button opens a window with a list of all open orders for this item, as shown below. Double Clicking this list will open the Order Window to show that specific order.

The stock number is generated from a 2, 3 or 4 segment code. Design, Color, and Size Range are optional. Users can define as many size ranges as needed. The Design and Color field headings can be changed by the user. There are lookup tables for most fields, with options to enforce codes or not, depending on how you run your business.

The pictures display on this window are simple jpeg images that are stored in a folder outside of the PERFECT FIT system.

The window below shows a list of all open customer orders for this specific item. The window can be expanded to the right to show more columns and more options to filter the view. All columns can be sorted. The buttons shown are shortcuts to the linked windows. All windows are data driven and open to the data that is highlighted in the list.

The interface in PERFECT FIT is very interactive. Clicking and double clicking allows drill down and overview displays of your data.
