To meet the needs of our customers that sell to Department Stores, we offer the PERFECT FIT Advanced Ship Notice. This is a more flexible and complete system than the Pick Ticket Boxes module. It provides forms and EDI Output required by the larger customers.

The main window is shown below. All fields meet EDI standards and are automatically generated from user input. Included is a mapping of your style numbers to the Customer's Style numbers.

Data entry is point and click when that method is fastest. The screen shot below shows a window used to select items to be included on the Advanced Ship Notice. Note that multiple orders are supported for a single ASN. The ASN is saved on disk and can be built over a period of time, such as for 1 shipment per week.

After the ASN is built, you can print reports as required by your Customer.

Both Detail and Summary Reports can be generated.

If you are using the PERFECT FIT EDI module, you can generate ASN EDIT files that can be read by most 3rd party EDI Software Suppliers. We work closely with EDI vendors to provide a complete and integrated solution for all EDI forms.
